Firstly, we advice you to start with the 'Homepage' to know us better and also to research on testimonials (past customers). Then, in the 'Experience zone' and 'Portfolio page, you would see various behind the scene clips, product categories, details and respective prices. Once you have made your choice of art work, you may navigate to the 'Order Now' page and submit the order details to the WhatsApp number or email address. 

This entirely depends upon the type of art work you wish to order (sketches, paintings, caricatures and so on). Please visit the portfolio page of this website for exact details on the same. 

Absolutely! All you need to do is visit our 'Portfolio' page, make a choice and submit the relevant details via email or the WhatsApp number mentioned in the 'Order Now' page.

Typically, it takes 7-10 days. In case of unforeseen extensions, you will be intimated immediately. We ensure that you are aware of the progress at each stage

Once we have received your order specifications from the 'Checkout' Page, the artist or marketing team will contact you within a maximum of 24 hours. Once everything is finalised, you may make the payment via Paytm, PayPal, Google Pay and Internet banking. Account details regarding each option will be forwarded in the same mail/message you receive from us.  

After we contact you with a confirmation receipt of your order request through email/WhatsApp, you would have to make an advance payment of ₹ 500, followed by a payment of the remaining amount once the final delivery is made.

Yes,  but the advance amount you have already payed will not be taken into account in such a case. Thus, you will have to make a new advance payment, without any reimbursement on the previous advance.

Unfortunately, we do not have this facility as of yet. As our logistic partners are  external and managed independently, we do not have  agreements on 'Cash on delivery'.
